The "d-flight.it" website (hereinafter referred to as the website) is intended to provide users with information and services relating to the recreational and professional use of remotely piloted aircraft, otherwise known as drones, in compliance with current legislation. The user acknowledges that its use is subject to acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below.

Intellectual property and liability limits

All rights to contents (by way of example text, images, multimedia materials and architecture of the website) are reserved pursuant to current legislation.
The contents of the pages of the Site cannot, either totally or in part, be copied, reproduced, transferred, uploaded, published or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of the company d-flight SpA, without prejudice to the possibility of storing them in memory in your computer or to print excerpts from the pages of this Site solely for personal use.
"D-flight S.p.A." is a registered trademark. The brands and logos that appear on this site are the property of ENAV S.p.A. The website, graphics and texts are subject to © Copyright by the trademark owner (all rights reserved).
Reproduction of the trademark, of claims subject to copyright, of images and of any other form of communication is prohibited, unless the unquestionable authorization of d-flight S.p.A., and following explicit negotiation.
The name "d-flight S.p.A" cannot be used as the internet address of other sites, or as part of such addresses. This name cannot even be contained within the html codes (or different compilation languages) of the various pages of other sites: their use in the c.d. is prohibited. meta-tags from third parties to d-flight S.p.A.
Any form of link to this Site, if inserted by third parties, must be expressly authorized and must not damage the image and the activities of d-flight S.p.A.

Before flying a drone it is important to educate yourself and understand the current civil aviation legislation, even if you're flying is for recreational purposes.
It is the operator's responsibility to ensure that flight takes place safely and in compliance with the regulations.
The careful observation of the context in which it is intended to fly, and the exact knowledge of meteorological and geomagnetic conditions, ensures that the use of the drone does not constitute a danger for oneself and for others.
d-flight provides links to useful references such as issued regulations, and provides guides and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) to make the best use of the services offered. d-flight assumes no responsibility in regard to non-compliance with applicable laws and improper use of drones.
