Service desk d-flight

Ask d-flight (paid service)
If you need clarification on the applicability of current legislation, on the procedure to be followed or an opinion for a specific operating environment and operation, purchase the token on the d-flight store Expert replays and attach the purchase receipt (or the number of the completed order) and send it together with the question to this address: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond promptly (within a maximum of 2 working days. In the case of a request sent in the pre-holiday or public holiday, within the day following the first working day following receipt of your application). It is a communication channel designed to help you solve more complex problems. In cases where we will not be able to provide you with the requested help on time, we will refund the amount of the token.
To purchase the token on the d-flight store you must be credited on the d-flight platform. Accreditation is free. The cost of the token, for each single question, is € 29 including VAT.
Consulting Services (paid service, ask for a quote)
If you have more complex questions, you can request a free quote from the mailbox email@example.com. We will be able to provide you with our assistance service in the authorization, assistance or implementation processes for your Specific Operations Risk Assessment (SORA) the preventive assessment for obtaining an airspace reserve, specialized support for your operations. For the request for a quote only, it is not necessary to purchase the token. The request for a quote will be followed by a (non-binding) economic proposal with an order letter that you can sign, for acceptance, within the next 30 days. If the request for a quote is accompanied by specific requests for clarification.
Administrative process support services for PAs

Refund service for incorrect purchase

La tua richiesta verrà lavorata entro 7 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione. Il rimborso avverrà tramite lo stesso canale di pagamento che hai utilizzato per effettuare l’ordine. Ricordati che, in caso di pagamento on-line, il credito ti sarà restituito, a valle dello storno dell’operazione, dal tuo circuito di credito, con tempi che non dipendono da d-flight.
Attention: requests deemed inappropriate, at the sole discretion of d-flight, or communications sent to the inappropriate channel for the type of request, will not be taken into consideration.
Consent to the processing of data
The use of one of the communication channels implies acceptance and consent to our data processing policy, in compliance with current legislation. D-flight reserves the right to contact you at the e-mail address originating the request, with exclusive reference to the request itself. Acceptance of the data processing indicated above is mandatory: in the absence of this consent, it will not be possible for us to provide the requested support.
