If you have a problem with the platform or with accessing d-flight services, carefully consult the FAQ, the guidance videos and the User Manual, which in many cases can help you solve the problem faster. If you don't find the solution, ask to d-flight service desk(to the link https://dronesd.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals) providing the information required in order to help.

 

 Freephone Number

The d-flight Help Desk service is available for customers

The Freephone Number Service is active 6/7 days , excluding National Holidays.
Timetable: 09.00 - 19.00.

Through the freephone number it is possible to:

  • Obtain assistance on the functions offered by the d-flight platform (e.g. user registration, operator, pilot, drone);
  • Obtain assistance on issues related to the insertion, modification and deletion of user information in the database;
  • Obtain basic information on drone flight rules;
  • Obtain assistance in using flight maps;
  • Obtain support for subscription management (e.g. Base, Pro);
  • Communicate payments made and request refunds;
  • Request other information.

 

Administrative process support services for PAs

If you represent a Public Administration body or a Public Service Manager or a large company that needs particular assistance for the management of administrative flows (purchasing procedures, financial transparency, DURC, etc.), contact the mailbox supportopa@d-flight.it

 

 Refund service for incorrect purchase

Did you make a wrong purchase, did you buy the same product twice? Do you want to express your right to rethink? Use the "RETURNS" feature of the d-flight Store, provide all the requested information. You have 14 working days to request a refund. Your request will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. The refund will be made through the same payment channel you used to place the order. Remember that, in the case of online payment, the credit will be returned to you, following the reversal of the operation, from your credit circuit, with times that do not depend on d-flight.

Attention: requests deemed inappropriate, at the sole discretion of d-flight, or communications sent to the inappropriate channel for the type of request, will not be taken into consideration.

 

 Consent to the processing of data

The use of one of the communication channels implies acceptance and consent to our data processing policy, in compliance with current legislation. D-flight reserves the right to contact you at the e-mail address originating the request, with exclusive reference to the request itself. Acceptance of the data processing indicated above is mandatory: in the absence of this consent, it will not be possible for us to provide the requested support.
