If you have a problem with the platform or with accessing d-flight services, carefully consult the FAQ, the guidance videos and the User Manual, which in many cases can help you solve the problem faster. Ask d-flight (paid service)
If you need clarification on the applicability of current legislation, on the procedure to follow or an opinion for a specific operating environment and operation, you can proceed as follows:
- buy the token on the d-flight store Expert replays;
- fill out the "Ask D-Flight" available at the d-flight service desk support page service desk d-flight (at the link: https://dronesd.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals)indicating the order number.
N.B. Requests without an order number will not be processed.
We will respond promptly (within a maximum of 2 working days. In the case of a request sent in the pre-holiday or public holiday, within the day following the first working day following receipt of your application). It is a communication channel designed to help you solve more complex problems. In cases where we will not be able to provide you with the requested help on schedule, we will refund the amount of the token.
To purchase the token on the d-flight store you must be credited on the d-flight platform. Accreditation is free. The cost of the token, for each single question, is € 29 including VAT.
Consulting Services (paid service, ask for a quote)
In case your need requires our assistance service in the authorization processes, assistance or the realization of the Specific Operations Risk Assessment (SORA), the preventive assessment for obtaining an airspace reserve, of specialist support for your operations, respond with an offer proposal and related quote. A (non-binding) economic proposal will follow with an order letter that you can sign for acceptance within the next 30 days.
Administrative process support services for PAs
If you represent a Public Administration body or a Public Service Manager or a large company that needs particular assistance for the management of administrative flows (purchasing procedures, financial transparency, DURC, etc.), contact the mailbox email@example.com
Refund service for incorrect purchase
Did you make a wrong purchase, did you buy the same product twice? Do you want to express your right to rethink? Use the "RETURNS" feature of the d-flight Store, provide all the requested information. You have 14 working days to request a refund. Your request will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. The refund will be made through the same payment channel you used to place the order. Remember that, in the case of online payment, the credit will be returned to you, following the reversal of the operation, from your credit circuit, with times that do not depend on d-flight.
Attention: requests deemed inappropriate, at the sole discretion of d-flight, or communications sent to the inappropriate channel for the type of request, will not be taken into consideration.
Consent to the processing of data
The use of one of the communication channels implies acceptance and consent to our data processing policy, in compliance with current legislation. D-flight reserves the right to contact you at the e-mail address originating the request, with exclusive reference to the request itself. Acceptance of the data processing indicated above is mandatory: in the absence of this consent, it will not be possible for us to provide the requested support.
