Monday, 8 June 2020 − d-flight activates Contact Center, new portal to improve User Support services.
On the new dedicated area it will be possible to search quickly and easily by finding detailed articles that provide answers to the most frequently asked questions.
Requests for support on the new Contact Center platform will be possible using the dedicated link in the 'Contacts' area of the dflight website.
The support form and the mailbox email@example.com previously in use, will no longer be active, therefore they will not allow the taking in charge of new reports.
Users with reports sent through the previous support tools (before the activation of the new portal) will be sent specific information via e-mail on any new procedures.
